Sorry for the bad quality. It is on huge poster paper, so I was only able to take a picture of it. About 3 weeks ago I finished this ink project. It was infuriating at parts. The paper didn't like the ink pen at all. I worked for about 2 weeks straight on this. I didn't like the finished peice at first. But I am starting to like it now.
For the project we had to take a photo that we liked and redraw it using a grid. Then we had to take india ink and put in patterns within the squares, showing shading and tone. My Art 11 teacher has decided to put it into the School District 68 ACT OF ART art show at the port theater. So that's kinda cool.
A refrence was used from : All credit for idea goes to her!
Ooh, I just saw this. However, I choose to withdraw overwhelming praise of the incredible detail put into this until I am able to relate the TITLE to the artwork.
